📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Poland. Typical delivery times are:

Yes! We currently ship within Poland and across most European Union countries. Please enter your address at checkout to confirm shipping availability and costs.

After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link and number. You can check your order status anytime using that link.

⏳ What if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes! We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the sneakers are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Contact us first for detailed return instructions.
❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email dansbyko@op.pl with your order details and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
